No coincidence

Nancy's hometown, Peabody, MA, is once again in the news: Forbes has ranked it 14th among America's Most Liveable Cities. It has an outstanding culture index and relatively low crime and unemployment rates, which characteristics are perpetuated in its favorite daughter.

You've hit on an, um, idiosyncracy in their methodology. Forbes apparently makes up rather arbitrary metropolitan areas (e.g. Framingham is lumped with Cambridge). It seems they took all of the metro North Shore area, lumped it together, and picked a representative city to describe it. So Peabody it is, and I for one am rolling with it.
